Boil chicken until fully cooked (about 7-12 minutes, depending on size of chicken breast). set aside on a plate to cool.
Once cooled, add chicken to food processor and pulse to break up. add in buffalo sauce, optional siracha, and veganaise. Pulse to combine. If it needs more moisture, add in more veganaise or buffalo sauce.
Once fully combined, transfer to a bowl and mix in diced celery and red onion. Serve and enjoy!
