Instructions
  1. Heat a small saucepan over medium heat and bring bone broth and coconut aminos to a boil.
  2. SLOWLY pour your beaten eggs into the boiling broth, stirring constantly as you pour.
  3. Add salty and pepper to taste if needed, as well as any optional add-ins (see recipe notes). Garnish with sliced green onion. Enjoy!

Optional add-ins:

-shredded chicken (if using this, reduce the recipe to only 1 egg and add in 2oz shredded chicken for 1 full serving of protein).

-Sautee’s mushrooms
