Mixed Berry Sorbet

So sweet and refreshing. This mixed berry sorbet is the perfect to treat for a hot summer evening, or for any evening really- you can’t go wrong with sorbet!

Mixed Berry Sorbet
Prep Time 5 minutes

Ingredients
  • 2 cups mixed berries of your choice
  • 1/2 cup water or unsweetened nut milk
  • 1 TBSP fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1-3 drops liquid stevia optional, if you prefer a sweeter flavor.

Passive Time 5 minutes

Ingredients
  • 2 cups mixed berries of your choice
  • 1/2 cup water or unsweetened nut milk
  • 1 TBSP fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1-3 drops liquid stevia optional, if you prefer a sweeter flavor.
Instructions
  1. Add frozen berries to blender or food processor. Pulse to break up fruit.
  2. Add in water or nut milk, lemon or lime juice, and optional stevia drops. continue to blend until a thick, smooth texture. If it's too thin, add in more frozen berries or ice cubes to thicken. If too it's thick, add in more water or unsweetened nut milk to loosen the texture.
Recipe Notes

1/2 cup sorbet = 1 serving fruit

 

 

store in freezer and enjoy later!
