- 4 cups raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 tblsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground clove
- 1/4 tsp himalayan sea

Recipe Notes
1. Soak seeds 8 hours or overnight.
2. Mix spices in a separate bowl.
3. Drain seeds and toss with spice mix.
4. Spread out on a parchment lined baking sheet and place in oven on lowest setting. Bake for 4 to 6 hours, until dry.
5. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
Serving Size = 1 Tablespoon
