2. Place the chicken breasts in an oven safe skillet or dish.
3. Combine the balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, then pour over the chicken.
4. Add the tomatoes, garlic cloves and basil to the skillet.
5. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Serving Size = 3 ounces chicken and 2 cups tomatoes/veggies of choice
