Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 onion small
- 1 granny smith apple peeled and diced
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tsp ground sage
- 1 tsp fennel seeds chopped
- 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Notes
Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until they become translucent. Add in shredded granny smith apple and cook for another two (2) minutes. Remove to a medium bowl and allow to cool. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Form eight (8) equal patties.
Cook over medium heat in the skillet about 3 minutes per side or until golden brown on the outside and cooked through.
Enjoy!
Can be frozen after being cooked.
1 serving = 1 patty.
