  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. If needed, add in additional nut milk until desired consistency is reached.

optional add-ins:
1 cup spinach (this will change the color of the smoothie, but not the taste) = 1 serving vegetables
1/8 – 1/4 avocado = 1-2 servings healthy fat
