Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup butter lettuce spring mix or lettuce of choice
- 1/2 cup tomatoes and or cucumbers-toppings of choice
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 3 oz wild caught canned salmon in water, boneless skinless
- fresh basil leaves to garnish
- Himalayan sea salt
- cracked pepper
- 2 tsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tblsp apple cider vinegar

Recipe Notes
1. Put the lettuce of choice and toppings into a bowl. Wash, dry and core strawberries. Rinse and drain the blueberries.
2. Open and drain can of salmon. Flake the salmon on one side of the salad and add the berries to the other side.
3. Drizzle dressing over the entire platter. Add basil and finish off with a sprinkle of Himalayan sea salt and fresh pepper, to taste.
