- 1 lb beef flank, sirloin or NY strip about 1/2 inch thick
- 1 tblsp coconut oil
- 1 medium onion yellow sliced
- 2 medium bell pepper green sliced
- 1/4 cup Alkaline Water
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground

1. Cut steak into ¼ - ½ inch slices.
2. Wash and prepare vegetables.
3. Add coconut oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add onions and cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until slightly translucent. Move to edges of pan.
4. Place steak slices in hot pan and sear on each side, about 30 seconds.
5. Stir in green peppers, Alkaline water, and garlic salt. Cook another 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender and meat is cooked to desired temperature.
6. Season with black pepper and serve.
Serving Size = 3 ounces steak with 2 cups of vegetables
