Ingredients
  • 2 tsp real butter melted
  • 1 green apple cored and sliced into thin 1/16 inch pieces
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • stevia to taste optional

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • stevia to taste optional
Easy Baked Apples
Recipe Notes
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
2. Place the apple slices into the dish, slightly overlapping them
3. Pour the butter, cinnamon, and stevia (if desired) on top of the       apples

4. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the apple has softened and       begun to brown slightly at the edges. Serve warm.

This recipe makes 1 serving. This equates to the serving having 1 serving of Fruit and 2 servings of Essential Fatty Acid on the Access Health Inc Plan
