Chili Lime Grilled Chicken
If you’re a fan of bold flavors you HAVE to try this chicken. Great served over some cauliflower rice, a fiesta salad, or on its own!

Ingredients

lb
chicken breasts
boneless, skinless
4
tsp
extra virgin olive oil
1
garlic clove
miced
1 1/2
tsp
ancho chili powder
1/2
tsp
chipotle chili powder
1 1/2
tsp
cumin
1 1/2
tsp
coriander
1
tsp
paprika
1
lime
zest and juice
2
tbsp
fresh cilantro
chopped
himalayan sea salt and black pepper
to taste
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the chicken.
2. Place chicken in a large ziplock bag and pour marinade over top. Let chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes to an hour or overnight.
3. Preheat grill to medium heat and grill chicken 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through (internal temp should be 165 degrees)
4. Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
