Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 5-8 drops liquid stevia
- 2 TBSP dijon mustard
- 2 TBSP whole grain dijon mustard
- 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 1 TBSP coconut aminos
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 CUP chicken broth (or water)
- 2-3 sprigs rosemary
- himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Mix the stevia, mustards, vinegar, coconut aminos, garlic, salt, pepper, and broth, and toss with the chicken, place it all in a baking dish with the chicken in a single layer before placing the sprigs of rosemary in between the chicken.
- Bake, covered, in a preheated 350F/180C oven until the chicken is cooked through, about 25-35 minutes.
- Serve topped with the sauce from the pan! Tip: serve over mashed cauliflower and drizzle with the sauce from the bottom of the pan for a sweet and tangy "gravy"
