- 8 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 Lemons sliced thin
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp butter

Recipe Notes
1. Preheat oven to 400º and place a sheet of parchment on a work surface. Place two rosemary sprigs, a salmon fillet, 2 slices lemon, 1/4 of the garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon butter. Season with Himalayan sea salt and pepper. Roll up parchment packs and place on a baking sheet.
2. Bake until salmon is cooked through, 15 minutes.
3. Serve immediately.
Serving Size = 3 ounces salmon
