- 1 cup bone broth
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 splash coconut aminos
- 1 TBSP green onions sliced thin, optional, for garnish
Ingredients

- Heat a small saucepan over medium heat and bring bone broth and coconut aminos to a boil.
- SLOWLY pour your beaten eggs into the boiling broth, stirring constantly as you pour.
- Add salty and pepper to taste if needed, as well as any optional add-ins (see recipe notes). Garnish with sliced green onion. Enjoy!
