Egg Drop Soup

I love this recipe so much because it truly doesn’t get any easier than this. It’s ready in minutes and only requires 3 ingredients. This soup is a takeout classic, and now you can make it right at home! If you haven’t yet, be sure to check it out!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup bone broth
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 splash coconut aminos
  • 1 TBSP green onions sliced thin, optional, for garnish

Ingredients
  • 1 cup bone broth
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 splash coconut aminos
  • 1 TBSP green onions sliced thin, optional, for garnish
Egg Drop Soup
Instructions
  1. Heat a small saucepan over medium heat and bring bone broth and coconut aminos to a boil.
  2. SLOWLY pour your beaten eggs into the boiling broth, stirring constantly as you pour.
  3. Add salty and pepper to taste if needed, as well as any optional add-ins (see recipe notes). Garnish with sliced green onion. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

1 serving contains 1 protein.

Optional add-ins:

-shredded chicken (if using this, reduce the recipe to only 1 egg and add in 2oz shredded chicken for 1 full serving of protein).
-Bok Choy
-Sautee's mushrooms
-Hot sauce
