Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup zucchini grated
- 1 tsp italian herbs
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tblsp tomato sauce no sugar added

Recipe Notes
1. Melt the coconut oil in your non-stick skillet and crack your eggs into the pan along with the zucchini and herbs.
2. Scramble until the eggs are cooked.
3. Turn off the heat and stir in the tomato sauce.
