1. In a food processor, grind up the pumpkin seeds with the dill and garlic powder.
2. Coat a 3 ounces fillet with 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds and put a couple lemon slices on top. Continue with each additional 3 ounce filet.
3. Wrap in a parchment pouch.
4. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 F. for around 20 minutes or until fully cooked as you like.
