  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 avocado
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups lettuce
  • 6 almonds slivered
  • Himalayan sea salt
  • black pepper

  • 1 1/2 cups lettuce

  • Himalayan sea salt
  • black pepper
Poached Egg and Avocado Breakfast Salad
Recipe Notes

1. Poach the eggs.

2. Create the salads by layering the lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and almonds.

3. Add the poached eggs and top with Himalayan sea salt/pepper to taste. Enjoy!
