- 2 TBSP fresh basil
- 1 TBSP parsley (optional, based on taste preference)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk I recommend using almond or cashew milk
- 2 cups baby spinach tightly packed
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2-3 medium garlic cloves more if you like a strong garlic flavor
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- black pepper to taste
