Ingredients
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 medium avocado
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup packed basil leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions (green parts only)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 medium lemon juiced
- 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2-4 drops liquid stevia optional, if you want the dressing slightly sweet

- Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Scoop contents into a food processor or blender. Add all other ingredients and blend on high until totally combined and creamy.
