- 2 cups brussels sprouts ends trimmed cut in half
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
To brown the butter:
1. Place butter in a light-colored skillet over medium heat. (stainless steel works great)
2. Once you see bubbles and foam appear, start stirring the butter every 10 seconds. (This takes about 1-2 minutes to happen.)
3. Continue cooking and stirring the butter until it turns a light golden brown. (It will take about 4-5 minutes total to turn this color.) During the last minute of cooking add in the crushed garlic and continue stirring for one more minute.
4. Remove butter from heat and set aside.
For the Brussels sprouts:
1. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, browned butter with garlic, Himalayan sea salt and pepper.
2. Toss until sprouts are well coated.
3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spread sprouts onto it. Cook Brussels sprouts in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve and enjoy!
