Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh lettuce of choice chopped
  • 1.5 oz cooked burger
  • 1/2 cup tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 1 soft boiled eggs
  • 1 cup poblano pepper roasted
  • any topping choice
dressing
  • 2 tbsp mustard no sugar added
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • liquid stevia to taste if wanted added sweetness
