Creamy Green Goddess Dressing (Vegan)

Stop everything you’re doing and try this recipe. So incredibly creamy. So filled with flavor. Too good to pass up. Perfect over salad, lettuce wraps, or to dip some crunchy veggies in. Its completely dairy free and filled with fresh herbs and healthy fats like creamy avocados and olive oil. Seriously, this is a must-try.

Creamy Green Goddess Dressing (Vegan)

Ingredients
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup packed basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions (green parts only)
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 medium lemon juiced
  • 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2-4 drops liquid stevia optional, if you want the dressing slightly sweet

Ingredients
  • 2-3 garlic cloves

Instructions
  1. Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Scoop contents into a food processor or blender. Add all other ingredients and blend on high until totally combined and creamy.
Recipe Notes

1 serving= 1 ounce of dressing (use a food scale to measure)
