- 2 lb grass fed beef
- 3 green onions finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tblsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- 1 tblsp fresh sage finely chopped
- 1/2 tblsp dried oregano
- 1 tblsp herbes de Provence
- 2 tblsp dijon mustard
- 1 large egg
- Himalayan sea salt to taste
- fresh ground to taste

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, and season to taste with Himalayan sea salt and pepper.
3. Once everything is well combined, form the meat mixture into 6 equal sized patties.
4. Adjust the seasoning on the burgers and place on the grill.
5. Grill the burgers 5 to 7 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
6. Let the burgers rest 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
