- 1 lb chicken breasts skinless boneless
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tblsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

1. Combine lime juice, cilantro, mustard, extra virgin olive oil, chili, Himalayan sea salt and pepper in a food processor.
2. Pulse until ingredients are well combined.
3. Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and place in an 7 x 11 inch baking dish.
4. Pour marinade over chicken, cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 6 hours.
5. Heat grill and cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked in the center. Serve.
