Smoothies are one of my all-time favorite weight loss foods. They’re quick, refreshing, and super delicious. This Very Berry Vanilla smoothie is an easy-to-make classic. It’s a perfect replacement for any meal when you’re in a pinch or craving something on the sweeter side. Try it out today!

- 1 scoop Pure Vitality Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3/4 cup unsweetened nut milk (can use almond, coconut, or cashew)
- 3/4 - 1 cup frozen mixed berries (if you prefer certain berries over others, you can use just 1 type of berry. This is YOUR smoothie!)

- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. If needed, add in additional nut milk until desired consistency is reached.

optional add-ins:
1 cup spinach (this will change the color of the smoothie, but not the taste) = 1 serving vegetables
1/8 - 1/4 avocado = 1-2 servings healthy fat
