Ingredients
  • 1 medium white onion sliced into rings
  • 1 lb raw boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Himalayan sea salt to taste after cooking
  • black pepper to taste after cooking

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

Slow Cooker Blackberry Chicken
Recipe Notes

1. Layer the ingredients in your slow cooker in the order listed.

2. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Serving Size = 3 ounces chicken with 1 cup blackberries
