Ingredients
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 16 oz crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup Alkaline Water
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp dried fennel seed
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- pepper to taste
- red chili pepper flakes to taste

Recipe Notes
1. Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven or pot. Sauté the garlic.2. Add all the other ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil.
3. Once at a boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
4. Add optional toppings and serve over zucchini/squash noodles!
