- 2 cups Arugula
- 1/2 cup cantaloupe cut into chunks
- 1/4 medium grapefruit cut into segments
- 3 oz grilled chicken sliced
- 6 almonds slivered
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tblsp apple cider vinegar

1. Assemble salad by putting arugula into a bowl and top with remaining ingredients.
