Ingredients
  • 2 cups Arugula
  • 1/2 cup cantaloupe cut into chunks
  • 1/4 medium grapefruit cut into segments
  • 3 oz grilled chicken sliced
  • 6 almonds slivered
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tblsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 medium grapefruit cut into segments
  • 3 oz grilled chicken sliced
  • 6 almonds slivered
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tblsp apple cider vinegar

Recipe Notes

1. Assemble salad by putting arugula into a bowl and top with remaining ingredients.

2. Drizzle with grapefruit dressing.
