Chili Lime Grilled Chicken
If you're a fan of bold flavors you HAVE to try this chicken. Great served over some cauliflower rice, a fiesta salad, or on its own!
Chili Lime Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove miced
  • 1 1/2 tsp ancho chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 lime zest and juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • himalayan sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. 1. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the chicken.

  2. 2. Place chicken in a large ziplock bag and pour marinade over top. Let chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes to an hour or overnight.

  3. 3. Preheat grill to medium heat and grill chicken 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through (internal temp should be 165 degrees)
