- 5 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 cups beef stock/broth
- 1 1/2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 drops liquid stevia
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

- Peel and slice onions thinly.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat, then add in the olive oil. Add in sliced onion, salt and liquid stevia, stir, and cover. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Peel and mince the garlic, add it to the onion. Continue to cook the onion and garlic without a lid until you get a deep golden brown (but not burnt) color.
- Add in almond flour and stir, then pour in beef stock. Cover and cook another 20 minutes. Serve hot.
