- 1 head of cabbage riced
- 2 TBSP ghee or butter
- 1 TBSP tumeric
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- If using a whole cabbage, cut into semi-large pieces and pulse in food processor until shredded. If using pre-shredded cabbage, pulse in food processor just a couple times to make the shreds into smaller pieces.
- Heat ghee or butter in a skillet until melted and hot. Add all ingredients to the pan and stir until cabbage rice is well coated.
- Cover man and let it simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Stir cabbage. It should be nice and tender at this point. If it is not, allow it to cook uncovered another few minutes.
