- 1 medium head of broccoli
- 1 onion sliced thin
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2-1 tsp tumeric
- Himalayan sea salt to taste
- ground pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chicken broth or alkaline water
- 1 tsp coconut oil or butter for sauteing

1. Chop chicken breasts into bite size pieces and sauté in coconut oil/butter until cooked.
2. Add onion and cook about 5 minutes until starting to soften.
3. Cut broccoli into florets and add to pan. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes.
4. Add spices to taste and broth/water.
5. Cook an additional 5 minutes until all vegetables are tender.
6. Top with 6 green olives if desired. Enjoy!
Serving Size = 3 ounces chicken and 2 cups vegetables with 6 green olives
