Orange-Rosemary Seared Salmon
Recipe Notes

1. Season the salmon fillet on both sides.

2. Melt 1 teaspoon coconut oil in a skillet placed over medium-high heat.

3. Cook the salmon fillet in the skillet for 4 to 5 minutes per side, and set aside.

4. In a bowl, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, and orange zest.

5. In the same skillet, cook the garlic and rosemary for 1 to 2 minutes.

6. Pour the orange juice mixture into the skillet and bring to a boil.

7. Lower the heat to medium-low and season to taste.

8. Return the salmon to the skillet. Spoon the sauce all over the salmon fillet and serve.
