Ingredients
- 1.5 oz shredded turkey
- 1 1/2 cups finely cut greens collard, kale or spinach
- 4 large garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1/4 cup onions chopped
- 1 whole egg
- 1/4 cup large tomato sliced for topping

Recipe Notes
1. Stir everything (except the tomato) together until well combined.
2. Pour into a small casserole dish (I used a bread loaf pan), top with the tomato slices and bake at 350 F until the egg is fully cooked.
