  • 3 oz chicken cooked, finely chopped
  • 1/8 avocado chopped
  • 1 green apple peeled, cored and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tblsp parsley minced
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp fresh lime
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Himalayan sea salt to taste
  • freshly ground pepper to taste
