Ingredients
- 2 hard boiled eggs chilled
- 2/8 avocado
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tblsp minced red onion
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- Himalayan sea salt to taste
- large lettuce leaves

Recipe Notes
1. Peel and slice or chop all the eggs.
2. Remove the avocado from it's skin and cut into small pieces.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the avocado, mixing well.
4. When everything is mixed, gently fold in the avocado pieces until well combined.
5. Add Himalayan sea salt to taste.
6. Spoon onto washed and dried, large lettuce leaves, fold like a taco and enjoy!
