Ingredients
- 1 cup brussels cut into hales or quarters
- 1/2 cup baby vine tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red onions sliced
- 1-2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 1 tblsp Bragg's mixed spice
- pepper to taste
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil

Recipe Notes
1. Add brussels halves, onion and tomatoes to a baking dish.
2. Add in the extra virgin olive oil/coconut oil , mixed spice and Himalayan sea salt.
3. Bake in the oven on 180-200 degrees for 45 minutes (I use the bake fan).
