Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken cooked and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 1/2 cup tomatoes cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 1/2 cup avocado cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped

Avocado and Tomato Chicken Salad
Recipe Notes
1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients.

2. Toss to completely combine.

3. Chill salad for one hour before serving. Enjoy!

Serving Size = 3 ounces of chicken with 2 cups of vegetables and 2/8 avocado
