Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken cooked and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 1/2 cup tomatoes cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 1/2 cup avocado cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped

1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
2. Toss to completely combine.
3. Chill salad for one hour before serving. Enjoy!
Serving Size = 3 ounces of chicken with 2 cups of vegetables and 2/8 avocado
