Ingredients
  • 1/2 cups grape tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar no sugar added
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil minced
  • himalayan sea to taste
  • fresh ground pepper

Balsamic Tomato and Onion Salad
Recipe Notes

1. Arrange the salad in layers, alternating between the tomatoes and onion.

2. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

3. Season the salad with Himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste and top with fresh basil.
