Ingredients
- 1 cup onions chopped
- 1/2 cup organic cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1/8 avocado
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh organic basil
- 3 oz extra firm tofu cubed
- 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Himalayan sea salt to taste
- pepper to taste

Recipe Notes
Wash, dry, and dice the cucumbers. Wash, dry, and halve the tomatoes. Dice the avocado.
Place the cucumbers, tomatoes, and avocado in a bowl. Add sliced basil and tofu. Pour in ½ teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, ½ teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, and Himalayan sea salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and enjoy immediately
