Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup spinach or spring mix or arugula
- 1/8 avocado diced
- 1/4 cup celery stalks finely chopped
- 1 green apple diced
- 1/2 cup long English cucumber peeled and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup dill parsley or cilantro finely chopped
- 3 oz tuna packed in water well drained
dressing
- 1 tblsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tblsp dijon mustard
- 1 tblsp apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder or onion powder
- 3/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin ground
- ground black pepper to taste

Recipe Notes
1. In a large salad bowl, add all salad ingredients.
2. In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and gently stir to combine.
